Tabatha J. Graham practices primarily in the areas of real estate law, estate planning & administration, criminal law, and family law. She also specializes in municipal law, serving as the City Attorney for multiple municipalities throughout Southeast Missouri.

An East Prairie native, Mrs. Graham graduated magna cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a minor in science education. She was a Missouri State board-certified elementary educator before pursuing her legal career. She earned her law degree from William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she received numerous awards for public service and gained experience as a law clerk both in Missouri and Arkansas.

Mrs. Graham was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2011 and practiced law as a solo practitioner for nearly a decade in Charleston, Missouri. She previously served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Mississippi County.

She resides in Charleston, Missouri with her husband and children.
