A native of East Prairie, Missouri, Tabatha graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Science Education. She was a Missouri State board-certified elementary educator before pursuing law. She earned her Juris Doctor from William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she received numerous awards for public service and gained experience as a law clerk in both Missouri and Arkansas. Tabatha was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2011.
