Tabatha J. Mrs. Graham also serves as the city attorney for multiple municipalities in Southeast Missouri. Prior to joining Burns, Taylor, Heckemeyer, Green & Edwards, LLC, Mrs. Graham was a solo practitioner in Charleston, Missouri for seven years and formerly served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Mississippi County.

Mrs. Graham is formerly Tabatha Rae Johnson, a native of East Prairie, Missouri. Upon graduating from East Prairie High School, Mrs. Graham attended Southeast Missouri State University where she was a member and an officer of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, feature twirler for the Golden Eagles Marching Band, and involved in several campus organizations. Mrs. Graham obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education graduating Magna Cum Laude with a minor in Science education. She then became a Missouri State board certified elementary school educator.

Mrs. Graham thereafter attended law school at William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock graduating with a Juris Doctor of Law. While at Bowen, Mrs. Graham was a member of the Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers and Arkansas Trial Lawyer Association. She also worked as an Assistant Law Clerk for Circuit Judge Barry Sims, Rule 13 Attorney for Missouri State Public Defender System, and as a Rule 15 Attorney for the Pulaski County Public Defender System. Mrs. Graham received several awards and honors while in law school, including the Dean’s Certificate of Public Service, Dean’s Distinguished Certificate of Public Service, 2011 Dean’s Distinguished Certificate of Public Service and the William H. Bowen Public Service Award.

Tabatha resides Mississippi County, Missouri and has two beautiful children, Kane and Ayleigh.
